  • YOUR BOX SHIPS

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm its completion. The boxes are shipped out bi-monthly, beginning on the 14th of February and ending in December. While one-time items from The LG Shop ship immediately.

What's the cost of the box + shipping?

-The box is $54

-Shipping for boxes in the USA   starts at $8.99! International boxes-depends on location and will be calculated at checkout. Send email to support@lgnaturals.com for clarification.

When will my first box ship?

Your first box will be charged for at checkout, and will automatically subscribe you to receive the box every 60 days (bi-monthly).
-Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm it has been completed. If boxes are ready, you will get them right after your order; otherwise, boxes only go out once every other month around the 14th.
-USPS tracking emails will be sent out as soon as the box leaves our office!

How does bi-monthly billing work?

Your first box will be charged for at checkout, and will automatically subscribe you to receive the box every 60 days (bi-monthly). Once you are a subscriber, you don't need to purchase every upcoming box, you will be billed automatically, except if you pause, skip or cancel.
-For example: (For the February box, you will be billed on January 15th and boxes will ship out aroundFebruary 14th).
-You can pause, skip or cancel at any time by logging into your account or sending us an email at support@lgnaturals.com. 

Can I add extra products or boxes?

Yes! For extra products from the website, after your sign up for your box, visit our store and use promo code "ADD-ON" at checkout. This will waive your shipping fees and notify us to include this order in your upcoming box. Some restrictions apply.

For an extra box, all active subscribers can purchase that months box as a one time box +shipping. (Based on availability)

How long will it take to arrive?

Boxes typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. We'll email you tracking as soon as your shipping labels are prepared!
