When Will I Be Billed?

Your first payment is processed immediately when you subscribe and covers your personalized Welcome Box.

We want you to receive and enjoy your Welcome Box before being charged for the next one. If necessary, we will adjust the date of your second payment until after your first box has been delivered.

After your second payment, all future subscription payments will automatically process on the 1st of each month. Each payment covers that month’s regular themed LG Beauty Box.

Important: All LG Naturals subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel a month-to-month subscription or prevent a new subscription term from beginning, please email support@lgnaturals.com before your next renewal date.

Our 6- and 12-month plans are commitments billed monthly. Payments will continue until the selected commitment has been completed. You may email us at any time during your final month to cancel the automatic renewal and prevent a new term from beginning.

The LG Beauty Box is a monthly delivery of thoughtfully curated clean beauty and wellness discoveries designed to make self-care feel easier, safer, and more enjoyable. Each box includes 4–5 handpicked products, ranging from skincare and clean makeup to bath, body, hair care, beauty tools and wellness favorites. 🌿✨

Every product is personally researched and tested by Liana (Founder), with careful attention to ingredients, quality, and effectiveness. We select vegan, cruelty-free, plant-based, and gluten-free products from reputable and  trusted brands so you can discover new favorites with confidence—without having to do all the ingredient research yourself.

Each month brings a fresh selection created to simplify your routine, support your well-being, and add a little more joy to your self-care ritual.

To send an LG Beauty Box as a gift:

1. Choose the subscription plan you would like to give.

2. Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.

3. Complete the Beauty Profile with their skincare needs, preferences, and favorite types of products so Liana can thoughtfully curate their first box.

4. Email support@lgnaturals.com with the recipient’s name and let us know that the subscription is a gift. We’ll be happy to include a personalized note!

Important:
LG Naturals subscriptions renew automatically. If you only want to gift a specific number of boxes, please contact us after placing your order. We’ll help ensure the subscription is set to end after the selected gift period, so there are no unexpected renewal charges.

Your first box is a personalized Welcome Box, thoughtfully curated using the skincare goals, preferences, and product interests shared in your Beauty Profile quiz. This allows Liana to introduce you to clean beauty and wellness products selected especially for you.

After your Welcome Box, you’ll begin receiving our regular themed monthly boxes. Each month features a fresh collection of clean beauty and wellness discoveries curated around a seasonal theme. Monthly boxes are not individually customized, although subscribers may occasionally be invited to select a shade, scent, or product preference.

If you choose a qualifying 6- or 12-month plan, your 50% first-box discount applies to your Welcome Box, and you’ll also receive a complimentary Earth Harbor Discovery Kit. As a thank you for your commitment.  *Kit selection varies based on availability.

Shipping Schedule

• Your first Welcome Box is personally curated using the preferences and skincare goals shared in your Beauty Profile quiz. Please allow a few business days for us to thoughtfully prepare it before shipping.

• Future monthly boxes typically ship between the 21st and 25th of each month.

Your scheduled subscription payment must be processed successfully before your box can be prepared. If a payment is declined, your shipment may be held until the payment information is updated.

If the shipping window falls over a weekend or holiday, your box may leave on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being accepted by the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather, or seasonal shipping delays.

Once your box ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Absolutely! Once your LG Beauty Box is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door. 📦✨

To update your shipping address, log in to your LG Naturals account and open Manage Subscription. From there, you can update the shipping information connected to your subscription.

Important:
Please update your address as soon as possible. Once your monthly order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label has been created, we may not be able to redirect it. In that case, your box will be sent to the address that was on file when the order was processed.
