LG Naturals is a company founded by Liana Garibyan, a Holistic Health Coach, with a mission to promote a clean and healthy lifestyle. Liana's meticulous research extends to all aspects of her products, from brands to ingredients. She personally curates clean beauty boxes that are thoughtfully designed to inspire and facilitate optimal health and wellness. These beauty boxes are comprised of handpicked, clean beauty products and items that reflect LG Naturals' unwavering commitment to providing customers with safe, natural, and toxin-free options for their beauty and self-care regimens.

Yes. We take pride in being very transparent with our products. All products are vegan, organic, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.  

Yes. We currently offer two subscription box options—

The Live Green. Live Great. Intro Box consists of full and sample-size d products to get you started on your journey of using clean and non-toxic products

Our Original Live Green. Live Great Beauty Box consists of full-sized beauty and lifestyle products.

We are working very hard to make our store 100% eco-friendly that includes product and shipping packaging. We try to work with companies who share in our vision to make that possible.

We ship from multiple warehouses and manufacturers so your items may arrive in multiple packages. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak. We want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders with LG Naturals. 

We use several manufacturers throughout the US that ship from various warehouses. As of right now, all warehouses are still actively fulfilling orders. 

Processing time after placing an order is 2-3 days but since some warehouses may be working on minimal staff, that could delay your processing time by a few days. 

Shipping times will vary based on current USPS delivery times. Right now we are no longer guaranteeing overnight and express deliveries.

Every effort is made to ship orders within 5-7 business days. Note that there are occasions when an order can take longer before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please contact us if you have an order that is time sensitive before you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.
