What's the cost of the box + shipping?
-The box is $54 and multi plans start at $49.
-Shipping for boxes in the USA starts at $8.99! International boxes-depends on location and will be calculated at checkout. Send email to support@lgnaturals.com for clarification.
When will my first box ship?
Your first box will be charged for at checkout, and will automatically subscribe you to receive the monthly or bi-monthly box (every 60 days). Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm it has been completed. Your first (monthly) box will ship within a few days. All remaining boxes will be sent between the 14th and 18th of each month. -USPS or UPS tracking emails will be sent out as soon as the box leaves our office!-If you have any questions, please contact us at support@lgnaturals.com
How does bi-monthly billing work?
Your first box will be charged for at checkout, and will automatically subscribe you to receive the box every 60 days (bi-monthly). Once you are a subscriber, you don't need to purchase every upcoming box, you will be billed automatically, except if you pause, skip or cancel.-For example: (For the February box, you will be billed on January 15th and boxes will ship out around February 14th).-You can pause, skip or cancel at any time by logging into your account or sending us an email at support@lgnaturals.com.
Can I add extra products or boxes?
Yes! To Add individual products from the shop, after your sign up for your box, visit our store and use promo code "ADD-ON" at checkout. This will waive your shipping fees and notify us to include this order in your upcoming box. Some restrictions apply.
For an extra box, all active subscribers can purchase that months box as a one time box +shipping. (Based on availability) Send us an email at support@lgnaturals.com
How long will it take to arrive?
Boxes typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. We'll email you tracking as soon as your shipping labels are prepared!
What if I need to skip a month or pause my subscription?

Because that's just how much i love me a good clean, organic beauty box that literally comes at my door looking like a present. What's best about this box for me personally is how all the products are revealed to you one by one until spots are closed, so you can decide for yourself whether you wanna make that purchase or not. You can also pause/skip anytime. I'm just so happy and grateful that all my questions, concerns, and needs are answered and taken care of by Liana herself. It's literally so much more than just a business, as there's also a sense of belonging and community here. Great value, great products. I can tell Liana really tests the products herself, and she's been using and advocating for clean beauty long enough to know what's good/high quality. It's always new and exciting as there are also new product launches as well. New or old to clean beauty, I think you can always find a good product that you'll love inside 🧡
The LG box is such a great way to start your journey of switching from all the toxic chemical filled brands that are pushed on us and aren't good for us, into clean and natural ones. I just started looking into products and trying to change my choices because of hormonal imbalance and painful menstrual cycles. This subscription is a great introduction and way to try products that align with being more mindful of what I use and how it affects me daily. I really don't even know where to start and what brands to trust so this box is super helpful! Plus its a little gift for yourself every 2 months! I like that it's not a monthly subscription, so there is enough time to try everything in the box and see how it works for me. So far, I've liked each product and I am surprised with how nice they feel on my skin. I even purchased a new box as a gift for my sister to try. Definitely worth trying it out! Liana is awesome and she does lots of informative videos and puts a lot of work into creating a well rounded selection for the box. A great company with a wonderful mission!
LG Naturals did a splendid job assorting all the beautiful skin care products in the February Pure Radiance beauty box. Every product contained in the box was wrapped individually with care with notes and very detailed descriptions on how to use each product, the Creater's website to order, and other extra details that were just so beautiful and so heartwarming to share! I love that Liana has already vetted each and every product. And I love the fact that all of these natural products are available!
110% never knew I needed this so much. Plus Liana is so sweet and helpful with any questions about products! I’ve gotten two box subscriptions so far, with some add ons and I love everything. It’s a great start for switching to non toxic products. Some box items have been things I forgot I needed (like nail polish)! I’m so open to everything because small batch made products are a game changer from what we’re used to buying at the grocery store. I anxiously look forward to receiving my box every 2 months :) Thank you for all you do!
