General

If you sign up between the 1st and 15th of the month, your first box will ship within 2-3 business days. You will be re-billed 14 days after your initial sign-up in time to receive the next month’s box. All subsequent renewals will be on the 11th of every month.

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.

There is no need to resubscribe once your commitment period is over. Your subscription will continue automatically based on the renewal terms.

Sorry your items didn’t arrive as expected! Sometimes products get damaged during shipping but we have a solution for you! Just email us pictures of the damaged product to support@lgnaturals.com and we will be happy to replace any damaged items.

To update your address please log into your LG Naturals account and select manage subscription. You will then have an option to update your shipping information.

If your address is not updated by the time your billing date has passed for the month please be aware your LG Naturals box will be shipped to the current address on file.

We understand you might need a break financially and you have the option to pause your account once a year for up to 2 months. If you would like to do this please email us at support@lgnaturals.com and we will be happy to help.

We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your LG Beauty Box account and follow the instructions to cancel. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (6 or 12 months) and have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your subscription, you will automatically be canceled.

If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period, there is a cancellation fee of $25. You must cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month. All cancellation requests received after the 15th of the month will apply to the following renewal.

You can do this by logging into your LGNaturals  account and navigating to the credit card section. If you need help with this, please email Support@lgnaturals.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

When purchasing items as part of Free Gift with Purchase promotion, if you choose to return the product you must return any or all free items that were associated with that product purchase. Failing to return any or all gifts with purchase will result in a deduction of retail value associated with the free product from the final return value. If you choose to return only the gift you received with the purchase, it will have no $ value.

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, items are considered final sale. (Example: Buy one, get one free or buy one, get one 50% off).

When purchasing subscription membership plans as part of Get % off first box with eligible plan purchase promotions (i.e., get 50% off first box with 6-month plan purchase, or get first box free with 12-month plan purchase), you are committing to the length of your subscription plan. Only new unused LG Beauty Boxes will be accepted for return if you email us and ship back your box within 7 days of receiving your box. If the returned box has missing contents, it will not be accepted for returns. We do not provide a refund for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 7  days, or damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the LG Beauty Box is packaged securely when being returned. Additionally, a restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Valid tracking for the return must be provided by buyer to support@lgnaturals.com once return is shipped. 

Shipping

 Not at this time. We currently ship to all states US. 

We ship your LG Beauty box between the 18-21st of each month. Delivery times can take up to 7 business days for US.

We send out your tracking information within 24 hours of the box shipping. Please contact your local post office directly if there is any problems.

If you still can’t locate your box, then please contact us at support@lgnaturals.com within 30 days from shipment and we will try to locate it for you.

Please contact us within 30 days of shipping to notify us of a missing box. After 30 days, no refund or replacement box will be sent.
