Care: You should wash all your brushes on a weekly basis. That may seem excessive, but your makeup will apply much smoother and your skin will thank you! Cleaning your brushes on a regular basis will prevent product build-up, ensuring they last as long as possible.

Rinse the bristles under warm, running water. Swirl your brush with some shampoo in the palm of your hand. Continue swirling and rinsing until the water runs clear. Gently squeeze the moisture out of the bristles and lay the brushes FLAT to dry. If brushes are set to dry upright (bristles up), moisture will seep into the ferrule (metal collar). This causes the glue to let loose and will ruin your brush.

Here are 7 Tips to Safely Transition to Warmer Weather!

1) Cleanse away build up and dry to reveal bright and healthy skin using our sunshine dew cleanser

2) Go light on moisturizer and use light oils and creams. Like our day serum from the dirty lamb. 

3) Increase water in take- Staying hydrated is essential for beautiful skin and good health. Being well-hydrated stabilizes the skin barrier, which moisturizes your skin and provides the proper medium for cell turnover and collagen production.

4) Wear Sunscreen on your face, ears neck and anywhere exposed to the sun. And don't forget to reapply. My favorite face sunscreen is eclipse from earth harbor. It's all natural, light and perfect to wear with makeup. Think is another wonderful all natural sunscreen. 

5) Wear sun protective clothing. Especially if you are in an area that has a high UV index or you are exposed to direct sunlight. It saves you from constantly reapplying sunscreen. A great sun protective clothing brand is Coolibar.com 

6) Don't forget to protect the skin on your lips. The bottom lip is a highly sun-exposed area. Wear a lip balm that contains SPF. 

7) Use multipurpose products that have SPF in it. My personal favorite is the tinted moisturizer from pure anada it contains SPF and extra protection is always great!
